Within the framework of the strategic visions of Rozh Technical Institute for advancing and modernizing its administrative and academic system, and with the aim of establishing an interactive and progressive working environment, the Administrative Affairs Department organized a deep and high-level scientific and academic seminar under the title Management by Walking Around for the institute's academic staff, presented by the esteemed Assistant Professor. Dilawer, Head of Department and distinguished professor of our institute.
The seminar was held in the presence of the respected Institute Director, Dr. Farhad Osman Omar, along with a number of esteemed faculty members. It shed light on one of the most successful and contemporary philosophies of leadership, which aims to break down bureaucratic barriers and encourage managers to step outside the traditional confines of their offices and directly oversee the operational processes in the field.
During this scientifically enriching and creatively delivered event, detailed discussion was held on how implementing this management strategy leads to building a strong bridge of trust and transparent communication between leadership and academic staff. This not only helps in identifying and swiftly resolving problems at their point of origin, but also serves as a fundamental driver for elevating staff morale, stimulating innovation, and creating an open environment in which every individual feels the value and importance of their role in advancing the educational and teaching process.
At the same time, the active participation of the academic staff and the exchange of ideas and experiences with the presenter and the Institute Director at the conclusion of the seminar reaffirmed the undeniable truth that Rozh Technical Institute is always at the forefront of providing an open and thriving academic environment — one in which the latest management theories are translated into successful practical models for achieving the institute's high aspirations and graduating a conscious and professional generation.
