Dean of Rozh Technical Institute Participates in a High-Level Ministry of Higher Education Meeting

To keep pace with the latest developments in the academic process, Dr. Farhad Osman Omar, the Dean of Rozh Technical Institute, attended an extensive meeting of the Council of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Monday, March 30, 2026.

The session was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Aram Mohammed Qadir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and attended by the Deputy Minister, representatives from the Ministry’s Diwan, the Directorate of Private Education, as well as University Presidents and Institute Deans.

The meeting’s primary agenda focused on the strategic preparations for the implementation of online and digital education, alongside outlining the latest guidelines to ensure a successful transition. Participants emphasized the necessity of upholding academic excellence and ensuring that educational methodologies remain in alignment with international quality standards.
