Ahmed Haji Hamadshin is the Head of the Computer Department (IT) at Rozh Technical Institute. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Salahaddin University-Erbil and completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science at Knowledge University, graduating first in his class. His expertise centers on applied deep learning, medical image processing, and practical IT systems. In his academic role, he focuses on curriculum development, hands-on laboratory training, and mentoring students in applied computing projects.

Organized and led the regional AI and Robotics Exhibition, featuring over 80 participating projects across universities and institutes in the Kurdistan Region (2025).
Configured, installed, and maintained complete server and network setups for three institutional computer laboratories (2024–2025).
