Rozh Technical Institute Organized a High-Level Academic Seminar Entitled Management by Walking Around

With the aim of enhancing leadership capabilities and modernizing the administrative system, Rozh Technical Institute organized a scientific seminar for its academic staff. The seminar was conducted in the presence of the respected Institute Director, Dr. Farhad Osman Omar, and was presented by Assistant Professor. Dilawer, Head of the Administrative Affairs Department. The seminar focused on the importance of implementing the "Management by Walking Around" strategy, which aims to encourage managers to engage in direct field supervision, break down bureaucratic barriers, resolve problems swiftly, and build bridges of trust with staff — with the ultimate goal of boosting employee morale and advancing the educational and teaching process within the institute.
